 nd Recovery and Bray Auctions have provided information to t
 he best of their ability\, but no guarantees or warranties ar
 e expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bid
 ding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If 
 a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the ti
 mer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders
  and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that i
 tem. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minute
 s elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is th
 e bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items p
 urchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will
  have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be pe
 rmitted to bid again. Car Cab Wrecker Service will not sell 
 a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether known or 
 not\, at the time of bidding. All items must be paid for befo
 re they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed 
 on Monday through Wednesday following the auction close\, fro
 m 9:00am to 5:00pm. Winning bidders have until Wednesday at 
 5:00 pm to pick up their vehicle(s) or their bid is forfeite
 d\, and all items will be sold at the next auction or offered
  to the next highest bidder. All Vehicles will have a Bill o
 f Sale upon request. Parts or Junk vehicles will not be char
 ged any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS database 
 as parts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payments may be 
 paid by CASH ONLY. Morgan Towing and Recovery follows Title 
 42 regulations for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is
  approved\, you are not the registered owner. If you choose t
 o drive a vehicle purchased from Morgan Towing and Recovery\,
  you are doing so at your own risk. Morgan Towing and Recove
 ry does not offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at au
 ction. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any ki
 nd before the paperwork is approved\, you will be doing so at
  your own option. There is no guarantee of timeline on getti
 ng paperwork. Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles wil
 l leave the lot driven\, trailered\, or towed by a wrecker. 
 No exceptions. No repairs to any vehicle shall be made while
  on Morgan Towing and Recovery's property\; front or back. If
