DESCRIPTION:NOTICE: All cars must be paid for before Title 42 paperwork 
 will be sent to the OK Tax Commission for transfer. Buyers w
 ill verify name and address at the time of payment. ATTN: A 
 $100 Deposit is required to bid. A hold will be placed on fu
 nds from the card users register with. All Vehicles are Loca
 ted at Morgan Towing & Recovery\, 317 NE 31st St\, OKC\, OK 73
 105. All vehicles are sold AS-IS\; it is the buyer's responsi
 bility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles\;
  Morgan Towing and Recovery and Bray Auctions have provided 
 information to the best of their ability\, but no guarantees 
 or warranties are expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins
 . The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item
  per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of 
 any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes.
  Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid
  again on that item. An item does not close or sell until th
 e final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are
  final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligenc
 e on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and d
 oes not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and 
 will NEVER be permitted to bid again. Car Cab Wrecker Servic
 e will not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner w
 hether known or not\, at the time of bidding. All items must 
 be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid 
 for and removed on Tuesday through Friday following the auct
 ion close\, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Winning bidders have until
  Friday at 5:00 pm to pick up their vehicle(s) or their bid 
 is forfeited\, and all items will be sold at the next auction
  or offered to the next highest bidder. All Vehicles will ha
 ve a Bill of Sale upon request. Parts or Junk vehicles will 
 not be charged any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS
  database as parts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payme
 nts will be made at Morgan Towing and Recovery by cash\, deb
 it\, or credit card unless pre-approved for check. All card 
 transactions will have a 5% processing fee added to the winn
 ing bids. Morgan Towing and Recovery follows Title 42 regula
 tions for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved
 \, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a
  vehicle purchased from Morgan Towing and Recovery\, you are 
 doing so at your own risk. Morgan Towing and Recovery does n
 ot offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If
  you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before
  the paperwork is approved\, you will be doing so at your own
  option. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperw
 ork. Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles will leave t
 he lot driven\, trailered\, or towed by a wrecker. No except
 ions. No repairs to any vehicle shall be made while on Morga
 n Towing and Recovery's property\; front or back. If you have
