 are sold AS-IS\; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect 
 and verify information regarding vehicles\; Car Cab Wrecker a
 nd Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of th
 eir ability\, but no guarantees or warranties are expressed n
 or implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform
  will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made
  within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the timer on THAT i
 tem will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others w
 ill have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item 
 does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with
  no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's re
 sponsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any
  bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their b
 idding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bi
 d again. Car Cab Wrecker Service will not sell a vehicle to 
 the previous registered owner whether known or not\, at the t
 ime of bidding. All items must be paid for before they are r
 emoved. ALL items must be paid for and removed on Tuesday th
 rough Friday following the auction close\, from 10:00am to 5:
 00pm. Winning bidders have until Friday at 5:00 pm to pick u
 p their vehicle(s) or their bid is forfeited\, and all items 
 will be sold at the next auction. All Vehicles will have a B
 ill of Sale upon request. A title processing fee of $50 will
  be added to the sale price for all customers wanting to obt
 ain a State of Oklahoma Title for roadway usage. Parts or Ju
 nk vehicles will not be charged any titling fee and will be 
 listed in NMVTIS database as parts only no title. (Bill of
  Sale only) Payments will be made at Car Cab Wrecker Service
  by cash or card unless pre-approved for check. All card t
 ransactions will have a 5% processing fee added to the winni
 ng bids. Car Cab Wrecker follows Title 42 regulations for al
 l vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved\, you are no
 t the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle pur
 chased from Car Cab Wrecker\, you are doing so at your own ri
 sk. Car Cab Wrecker does not offer temporary tags for any ve
 hicles sold at auction. If you choose to spend money making 
 repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved\, you wi
 ll be doing so at your own risk. There is no guarantee of ti
 meline on getting paperwork. Due to insurance regulations\, a
 ll vehicles will leave the lot driven\, trailered\, or towed 
 by a wrecker. No exceptions. No repairs to any vehicle shal
 l be made while on Car Cab Wrecker’s property\; front or ba
