 es are sold AS-IS\; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspe
 ct and verify information regarding vehicles\; Morgan Towing 
 and Recovery and Bray Auctions have provided information to 
 the best of their ability\, but no guarantees or warranties a
 re expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bi
 dding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If
  a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the t
 imer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidder
 s and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that 
 item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minut
 es elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is t
 he bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items 
 purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay wil
 l have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be p
 ermitted to bid again. All items must be paid for before the
 y are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on Wed
 nesday through Saturday following the auction close\, from 8
 :00am to 5:00pm. Winning bidders have until Saturday at 5:00
  pm to pick up their vehicle(s) or their bid is forfeited\, a
 nd all items will be sold at the next auction or offered to 
 the next highest bidder. All Vehicles will have a Bill of Sa
 le upon request. Parts or Junk vehicles will not be charged 
 any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS database as p
 arts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payments will be mad
 e at Morgan Towing and Recovery by CASH ONLY unless pre-ap
 proved for check. No Change Will be Available\, Bring Exact P
 ayment. Morgan Towing and Recovery follows Title 42 regulati
 ons for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved\, 
 you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a v
 ehicle purchased from Morgan Towing and Recovery\, you are do
 ing so at your own risk. Morgan Towing and Recovery does not
  offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If y
 ou choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before t
 he paperwork is approved\, you will be doing so at your own o
 ption. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperwor
 k. Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles will leave the
  lot driven\, trailered\, or towed by a wrecker. No exceptio
 ns. No repairs to any vehicle shall be made while on Morgan
