 b Towing & Recovery and Bray Auctions have provided informat
 ion to the best of their ability\, but buyers have the ultima
 te responsibility of due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The
  online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per 
 minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any i
 tem\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back
  up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid agai
 n on that item. An item does not close or sell until the fin
 al 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. Inspection will be
  held Dec 26-Dec 29th during normal business hours. All sale
 s are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due dil
 igence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item 
 and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked
  and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must 
 be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid 
 for and removed on the Monday through Friday following the a
 uction from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked 
 up after 1 week will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee.
