 are sold AS-IS\; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect 
 and verify information regarding vehicles\; Brown and Sons Wr
 ecker Service and Bray Auctions have provided information to
  the best of their ability\, but no guarantees or warranties 
 are expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online b
 idding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. I
 f a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the 
 timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidde
 rs and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that
  item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minu
 tes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is 
 the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items
  purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay wi
 ll have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be 
 permitted to bid again. Brown and Sons Wrecker Service will 
 not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether 
 known or not\, at the time of bidding. All items must be paid
  for before they are removed. Vehicles will need to be picke
 d up before the following Saturday.  All Vehicles will have
  a Bill of Sale upon request. Parts or Junk vehicles will no
 t be charged any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS 
 database as parts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payment
 s will be made at Brown and Sons Wrecker Service by cash or 
 card unless pre-approved for check. All card transactions wi
 ll have a 5% processing fee added to the winning bids. Brown
  and Sons Wrecker Service follows Title 42 regulations for a
 ll vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved\, you are n
 ot the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle pu
 rchased from Brown and Sons Wrecker Service\, you are doing s
 o at your own risk. Brown and Sons Wrecker Service does not 
 offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If yo
 u choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before th
 e paperwork is approved\, you will be doing so at your own ri
 sk. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperwork. 
 Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles will leave the lo
 t driven\, trailered\, or towed by a wrecker. No exceptions. 
 No repairs to any vehicle shall be made while on Brown and S
 ons Wrecker Service’s property. If you have questions abou
