 m per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of
  any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes
 . Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bi
 d again on that item. An item does not close or sell until t
 he final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales ar
 e final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligen
 ce on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and 
 does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and
  will NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must be p
 aid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for 
 and removed on the Wednesday 9/4\, Thursday 9/5\, and Monday 
 9/9 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked u
 p during the allotted time will be subject to a $5 per day s
