 e best of their ability\, but buyers have the ultimate respon
 sibility of due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online b
 idding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. I
 f a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the 
 timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidde
 rs and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that
  item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minu
 tes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is 
 the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items
  purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay wi
 ll have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER b
 e permitted to bid again. All items must be paid for before 
 they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on 
 the Tuesday through Friday following the auction from 8:00
 am to 6:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up during the al
 lotted time will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee. Pay
 ments will be made at Bray Auctions prior to vehicle pick up
 . A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. ALL CA

 nly. Auction will be held online only. Bidders are required
  to create an account and input credit card information for 
 $100 Deposit / Authorization. All Purchases Must Be Paid For
  Before They Can Be Picked Up. Cash\, Checks\, Credit / Debit 
 Cards\, and Wire Transfers Will Be Accepted. (3% Service Fee 
 on All Credit /Debit Card Purchases). A 10% Buyer's Premium 
 Will Be In Effect. All Items are Sold As-Is Where is and All
  Sales are Final. Non Paying Bidders will have their credit 
 cards charged and will be blocked from all future auctions. 
 Removal of Items will be held by scheduled appointment on Tu
 esday\, June 17th through Friday\, June 20th. Winning Bidders 
 will be contacted to choose an appointment on Bray Auctions'
  scheduling system.
