  it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify info
 rmation regarding vehicles\; Fat Alan’s Towing & Recovery a
 nd Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of th
 eir ability\, but buyers have the ultimate responsibility of 
 due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platf
 orm will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is m
 ade within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the timer on THA
 T item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and other
 s will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An it
 em does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse w
 ith no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's
  responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. 
 Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have thei
 r bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted 
 to bid again. Bray Auctions reserves the right to charge up 
 to the full bid amount on the registered card of non paying 
 bidders. All items must be paid for before they are removed.
  ALL items must be paid for and removed on the Tuesday thro
 ugh Friday following the auction from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Any
  vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will 
 be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. Payments will be m
 ade at Fat Alan’s Towing and Recovery by CASH ONLY. Bidder
