 te responsibility of due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The
  online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per 
 minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any i
 tem\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back
  up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid agai
 n on that item. An item does not close or sell until the fin
 al 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are fina
 l. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on 
 all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does n
 ot pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and willÂ
  NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must be paid fo
 r before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and re
 moved on the Monday through Wednesday following the auction 
 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up afte
 r 1 week will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee. Paymen
 ts will be made at Lamb Towing and Recovery by cash or credi
