If a bid is made within the final 3 m inutes of any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportun ity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sel l until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final - No refunds. It is the bidder's responsibi lity for due diligence on all items purchased. A $50 charge wi ll apply to vehicles requiring Title 42 paperwork. Farringto n Towing follows title 42 regulations for all vehicles. Far rington is at the mercy of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Unti l Title 42 paperwork is approved\, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased from Far rington Towing\, you are doing so at your own risk. Farring ton Towing does not offer temporary tags. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved\, you are doing so at your own risk. All paperwo rk will be done in the bidders name only. No exceptions. Th ere is no expected timeline on getting paperwork and Farrin gton Towing makes no guarantees. Farrington Towing does not guarantee any lien releases for vehicles purchased from auct ion.
