 uyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information rega
 rding vehicles\; J&M Pro Towing and Bray Auctions have provid
 ed information to the best of their ability\, but no guarante
 es or warranties are expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder W
 ins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 i
 tem per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes 
 of any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minut
 es. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to 
 bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until
  the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales 
 are final - No refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to
  perform due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder th
 at wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding cre
 dentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. J
 &M Pro Towing will not sell a vehicle to the previous regist
 ered owner whether known or not\, at the time of bidding. All
  items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items m
 ust be paid for and removed on within 5 business days follo
 wing the auction close\, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. No pick ups a
 fter 4:00pm or on weekends. It is HIGHLY recommended to call
  J&M Pro Towing to schedule a time for removal. Payments wil
 l be made at J&M Pro Towing by cash\, cashier's check\, busine
 ss\, check\, or credit card w/ 4% convenience fee. J&M Pro Tow
 ing follows title 42 regulations for all vehicles\, however M
 OST vehicles have a title. J&M Pro Towing is at the mercy of
  the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Until Title 42 paperwork is ap
 proved\, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to d
 rive a vehicle purchased from J&M Pro Towing\, you are doing 
 so at your own risk. J&M Pro Towing does not offer temporary
  tags. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any ki
 nd before the paperwork is approved\, you are doing so at you
 r own risk. All paperwork will be done in the bidders name o
 nly. No exceptions. J&M Pro Towing does not guarantee any li
 en releases for vehicles purchased from auction. Due to insu
 rance regulations\, all vehicles will leave the lot driven\, t
 railered\, or towed by a DOT / DPS wrecker. No exceptions. No
  repairs to any vehicle shall be made while on J&M Pro Towin
 g property. If you need it moved\, you will have to pay a hoo
 k-up fee. NOTICE - Any vehicles not picked up and paid for w
 ithin the allotted time following the auction will be subje
 ct to a $25 per day storage fee. Non Paying bidders will hav
 e their cards charged up to the full invoice amount\, will ha
 ve their accounts blocked\, and will be banned from ALL futur
