All Sales are Final. Highest Bidder Wins. The on line bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per min ute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item \, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again o n that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEV ER be permitted to bid again. Parts or Junk vehicles will not be charged any tit ling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS database as parts on ly no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payments will be made at Ca r Cab Wrecker Service by cash or card unless pre-approved for check. All card transactions will have a 5% processing f ee added to the winning bids. Car Cab Wrecker follows Title 42 regulations for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved\, you are not the registered owner. If you choose t o drive a vehicle purchased from Car Cab Wrecker\, you are do ing so at your own risk. Car Cab Wrecker does not offer temp orary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If you choose t o spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwor k is approved\, you will be doing so at your own risk. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperwork.
