 re sold AS IS / WHERE IS\, including\, but not limited to all 
 known and unknown mechanical faults\, title brands/issues\, ve
 hicle history\, or errors in announcements. We strive to prov
 ide correct information\, but due diligence is required by in
 terested bidders. There are NO GUARANTEES expressed or impli
 ed. All vehicles must be paid for on Monday following the a
 uction - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-payment will result in a permane
 nt ban from ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS and buyer's credit card will
  be charged up to the amount of the final bid. All vehicles 
 must be removed by Wednesday following the auction. If vehic
 les are not removed\, it will be considered abandoned\, purcha
 se will be forfeited without refund\, and vehicle will be re-
 sold at the following auction. All payments must be made by 
 cash or credit card with proper ID. Note: Credit card paymen
 ts will incur a 5% fee. Cars indicated "w/ Title" will be gi
 ven title at time of payment. "TNT" or "Title in Transit" ca
 rs have title in process at Service Oklahoma and being maile
 d\, or the title is being mailed from an out of state tax com
 mission. When available\, Elite Wrecker will contact buyers t
 o pick up at their location. "Bill of Sale" cars will receiv
 e a bill of sale at time of payment. Bill of sale vehicles a
 re reserved for parts only. If bidders decide to try to obta
 in a title on bill of sale cars\, that process is 100% the re
 sponsibility of the purchaser. "Title 42" cars will be given
  a Return of Sale at time of payment. Once the paperwork has
  been turned into the tax commission\, it is out of the hands
  of Elite Wrecker the amount of time it takes for processing
 . Do not attempt to title\, register\, pre-register\, or sell a
  Title 42 vehicle before receiving the title packet from Eli
 te Wrecker. This will only result in a denial from Service O
 klahoma. Should your actions cause this denial\, buyer is res
 ponsible to find their own Title 42 agent and fix the proble
 m themselves. Title 42 process typically takes 7-8 weeks\, bu
 t when experiencing delays\, it has taken up to 8 months. Ple
 ase be patient. If buyer loses\, damages\, or misplaces paperw
 ork after purchase of a vehicle\, certified copies can be obt
 ained for a $125 fee. Elite Wrecker will not provide copies 
 for a transaction over 12 months old. Working on vehicles is
  NOT ALLOWED on Elite Wrecker Service property. If a purchas
 ed vehicle requires repairs\, it must be towed away and repai
 red at your location. Registered bidders and all attendees 
 agree that they assume all risk for themselves and anyone wh
 om they are chaperoning while on location at Elite Wrecker S
 ervices. Impound lots house wrecked and damaged automobiles\,
  and all persons agree to hold Elite Wrecker Service harmles
