  review all terms and conditions prior to auction: All vehic
 les are sold AS IS / WHERE IS\, including\, but not limited to
  all known and unknown mechanical faults\, title brands/issue
 s\, vehicle history\, or errors in announcements. We strive to
  provide correct information\, but due diligence is required 
 by interested bidders. There are NO GUARANTEES expressed or 
 implied. All vehicles must be paid for on Monday following t
 he auction - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-payment will result in a pe
 rmanent ban from ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS and buyer's credit card
  will be charged up to the amount of the final bid. All vehi
 cles must be removed by Wednesday following the auction. If 
 vehicles are not removed\, it will be considered abandoned\, p
 urchase will be forfeited without refund\, and vehicle will b
 e re-sold at the following auction. All payments must be mad
 e by cash or credit card with proper ID. Note: Credit card p
 ayments will incur a 5% fee. Cars indicated "w/ Title" will 
 be given title at time of payment. "TNT" or "Title in Transi
 t" cars have title in process at Service Oklahoma and being 
 mailed\, or the title is being mailed from an out of state ta
 x commission. When available\, Elite Wrecker will contact buy
 ers to pick up at their location. "Bill of Sale" cars will r
 eceive a bill of sale at time of payment. Bill of sale vehic
 les are reserved for parts only. If bidders decide to try to
  obtain a title on bill of sale cars\, that process is 100% t
 he responsibility of the purchaser. "Title 42" cars will be 
 given a Return of Sale at time of payment. Once the paperwor
 k has been turned into the tax commission\, it is out of the 
 hands of Elite Wrecker the amount of time it takes for proce
 ssing. Do not attempt to title\, register\, pre-register\, or s
 ell a Title 42 vehicle before receiving the title packet fro
 m Elite Wrecker. This will only result in a denial from Serv
 ice Oklahoma. Should your actions cause this denial\, buyer i
 s responsible to find their own Title 42 agent and fix the p
 roblem themselves. Title 42 process typically takes 7-8 week
 s\, but when experiencing delays\, it has taken up to 8 months
 . Please be patient. If buyer loses\, damages\, or misplaces p
 aperwork after purchase of a vehicle\, certified copies can b
 e obtained for a $125 fee. Elite Wrecker will not provide co
 pies for a transaction over 12 months old. Working on vehicl
 es is NOT ALLOWED on Elite Wrecker Service property. If a pu
 rchased vehicle requires repairs\, it must be towed away and 
 repaired at your location. Registered bidders and all attend
 ees agree that they assume all risk for themselves and anyo
 ne whom they are chaperoning while on location at Elite Wrec
 ker Services. Impound lots house wrecked and damaged automob
 iles\, and all persons agree to hold Elite Wrecker Service ha
