 r. The Buyer’s Premium is capped at $200 per item. A $100 
 authorization / hold will be placed on the bidder's card on 
 file in order to register for the auction. All vehicles are 
 sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed nor implied\; it is
  the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify informatio
 n regarding vehicles\; . J&M Pro Towing and Bray Auctions hav
 e provided information to the best of their ability\, but buy
 ers have the ultimate responsibility of due diligence. Highe
 st Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a 
 rate of 1 item per minute. A “Soft Close” system will be
  in effect…if a bid is made within the final 2 minutes of 
 any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 2 minutes.
  Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid
  again on that item. An item does not close or sell until th
 e final 2 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are
  FINAL - No Refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to co
 nduct due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that 
 wins an item and does not pay will have their card charged u
 p to the total amount due\, bidding credentials revoked\, and 
 will NEVER be permitted to bid again. J&M Pro Towing will 
 not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether 
 known or not\, at the time of bidding. Payment & Check Out. A
 ll items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items
  must be paid for and removed by the Friday following the a
 uction from 9:00am to 4:00pm. No pick ups after 4:00pm or o
 n weekends. It is HIGHLY recommended to call J&M Pro Towing 
 to schedule a time for removal. Any vehicles still not picke
 d up during the allotted time will be subject to a $25 per d
 ay storage fee. Payments will be made at J&M Pro Towing by c
 ash\, cashier's check\, business\, check\, or credit card w/ 4% 
 convenience fee. J&M Pro Towing follows title 42 regulations
  for all vehicles\, however MOST vehicles have a title. J&M P
 ro Towing is at the mercy of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Un
 til Title 42 paperwork is approved\, you are not the register
 ed owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased from J&
 M Pro Towing\, you are doing so at your own risk. J&M Pro Tow
 ing does not offer temporary tags. If you choose to spend mo
 ney making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is appro
 ved\, you are doing so at your own risk. All paperwork will b
 e done in the bidders name only. No exceptions. J&M Pro Towi
 ng does not guarantee any lien releases for vehicles purchas
 ed from auction. Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles 
 will leave the lot driven\, trailered\, or towed by a DOT / DP
 S wrecker. No exceptions. No repairs to any vehicle shall be
  made while on J&M Pro Towing property. If you need it moved
 \, you will have to pay a hook-up fee. If you have questions
