 f any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minute
 s. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to b
 id again on that item. An item does not close or sell until 
 the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales a
 re final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due dilige
 nce on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and
  does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked an

 paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for
