 g at 2:00 P.M. central time on Sunday\, May 23rd\, 2021 at the
  rate of 1 items per minute. The closing time of each lot is
  subject to Bray Auctions’ internet bidding platforms "sof
 t close" auto-extend feature. When time remaining to bid on 
 an item falls below three minutes\, a new bid being placed on
  that item will result in the bidding clock being reset to t
 hree minutes. Auto-extend bidding will continue on an item b
 y item basis until such time as no further bids are received
 . To simplify the bidding process\, we encourage bidders to d

 y registering to bid on the internet you acknowledge that yo
 u have read and understand the terms and conditions of this 
 auction and that you agree to abide by all terms and conditi
 ons as stated below. All auction items sell “as is\, where 
 is” with no guarantees or warranties either expressed nor 
 implied from Bray Auctions. Descriptions of the auction item
 s are believed to be correct and accurate and are provided i
 n good faith\, but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed 
 by the seller nor Bray Auctions. Bidders must rely solely on
  their own judgment as to condition\, grade\, authenticity and
  accuracy of descriptions prior to placing a bid. By placing
  a bid\, purchasers acknowledge and agree to all terms of the
  auction and agree not to retract their bid. Bidders that ca
 nnot satisfy the terms of the auction should not bid. All au
 ction purchases are considered to have been verified by the 
 purchaser as to condition\, grade and authenticity prior to t
 he purchaser placing their winning bid. Payment & Buyer’s 
 Premium: Credit Card information will be required in order t
 o bid. Winning bidders will have the option to pay by credit
  card\, cash\, or personal or company check. For all purchases
 \, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to
  determine the final sales price of the items purchased. Pur
 chases paid for by credit or debit card will be subject to a
 n additional 3% convenience fee. Sales tax will also be char
 ged on the final sale price of applicable items. Dealers buy
 ing for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax by provid
 ing Bray Auctions with your sales tax number and executing a

  Pickup of Auction Purchases: First and foremost\, all items 
 MUST be paid in full prior to removal. Payment will be made 
 at the time of pick up. Pick ups will be handled on a schedu
 led basis. Winning bidders will be contacted at the auction 
 close with instructions on setting an appointment through ou
 r online scheduling system. Please be mindful that pickup of
  items following the auction is often the most stressful tim
 e of the auction process. Bray Auctions and/or Seller's pers
 onnel will be onsite to facilitate a smooth and orderly pick
 up. We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize tha
 t the safety and security of your auction purchases is of up
 most importance. Shipping: Out of state buyers will be requi
 red to have firearms shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee 
 in their state of residence. Bray Auctions will facilitate i
 n the transfer and shipping of firearms for a fee of $25 per

 ions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and / o
 r the bidding rights and privileges of any bidder at any tim
 e that is deemed to have taken actions not to be in the best
  interest of the seller. Bray Auctions reserves the right to
  add or remove items from the auction prior to the close of 
 bidding\; split or combine lots\; add minimum bids or reserve 
 prices. Bray Auctions also reserves the right to cancel\, sus
 pend\, extend or reschedule an individual item and or the ent
 ire auction event or to make changes to the auction closing 
 times\, inspection times\, or removal times. Bray Auctions res
 erves the right to charge the purchasers credit card on file
  an amount up to the full purchase price for items not paid
