 it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify infor
 mation regarding vehicles\; AAAA Wrecker and Bray Auctions
  have provided information to the best of their ability\, but
  no guarantees or warranties are expressed nor implied. High
 est Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a
  rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the fina
 l 3 minutes of any item\, the timer on THAT item will be rese
 t to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opp
 ortunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close o
 r sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids
 . All sales are final - No refunds. It is the bidder's respo
 nsibility to due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidde
 r that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding
  credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid agai
 n. AAAA Wrecker Service will not sell a vehicle to the pre
 vious registered owner whether known or not\, at the time of 
 bidding. All items must be paid for before they are removed.
  ALL items must be paid for and removed on Monday through W
 ednesday following the auction close\, from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
  No pick ups after 4:00pm or on weekends. Payments will be m
 ade at AAAA Wrecker Service by cash or debit card only. 
 No checks or credit cards. AAAA Wrecker follows title 42 re
 gulations for all vehicles. AAAA Wrecker is at the mercy o
 f the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Until Title 42 paperwork is a
 pproved\, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to 
 drive a vehicle purchased from AAAA Wrecker\, you are doing
  so at your own risk. AAAA Wrecker does not offer tempo
 rary tags. If you choose to spend money making repairs of an
 y kind before the paperwork is approved\, you are doing so at
  your own risk. All paperwork will be done in the bidders na
 me only. No exceptions. There is no timeline on getting pap
 erwork and AAAA Wrecker makes no guarantees. AAAA Wrecker
  does not guarantee any lien releases for vehicles purchased
  from auction. Due to insurance regulations\, all vehicles wi
 ll leave the lot driven\, trailered\, or towed by a wrecker.Â
  No exceptions. No repairs to any vehicle shall be made whil
 e on AAAA Wrecker lot\; front or back. No vehicles will be 
 moved by AAAAWrecker staff. If you need it moved\, you will
  have to pay a hook-up fee. NOTICE - Any vehicles not picked
  up and paid for by the Friday following the auction will be
  subject to a $25 per day storage fee. If you have questions
