 ed information to the best of their ability\, but buyers have
  the ultimate responsibility of due diligence. Highest Bidde
 r Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 
 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minut
 es of any item\, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 mi
 nutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity 
 to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell un
 til the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sal
 es are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due di
 ligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item
  and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoke
 d and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must
  be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid
  for and removed on the Monday through Friday following the 
 auction from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked
  up after 1 week will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee
 . Payments will be made at Brown & Sons Towing and Recovery.
