 diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform 
 will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made 
 within the final 3 minutes of any item\, the timer on THAT it
 em will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others wi
 ll have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item d
 oes not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with 
 no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's res
 ponsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any 
 bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bi
 dding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to b
 id again. All items must be paid for before they are removed
 . ALL items must be paid for and removed on the Monday throu
 gh Wednesday following the auction from 8:00am to 6:00pm. An
 y vehicles still not picked up after 1 week will be subject 
 to a $5 per day storage fee. Payments will be made at Arrow 
 Wrecker Service by cash or cashiers check ONLY. If you have
