 ligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform wi
 ll close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made wi
 thin the final 3 minutes of any item\, the timer on THAT item
  will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will
  have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item doe
 s not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no
  further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's respo
 nsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bi
 dder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidd
 ing credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid a
 gain. All items must be paid for before they are removed. AL
 L items must be paid for and removed on the Monday through W
 ednesday following the auction from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Any ve
 hicles still not picked up after 1 week will be subject to a
  $5 per day storage fee. Payments will be made at Arrow Wrec
