Our newest event, Rocks & Swing Fore STEM, started in 2019 as a family-friendly fundraiser for the Foundation and the work we do to support Earth science education.  About the event The Oklahoma Geological Foundation will hold its 8th annual Rocks & Swing FORE STEM event on August 27th, 2026, at TopGolf Oklahoma City.  This year's silent auction items – beautiful fossils and minerals along with custom artwork, jewelry, and wine!  The silent auction will be online through Bray’s Auction site and can be accessed with the tab “Join the Silent Auction” below beginning sometime around August 22nd.  Come to the event and bid on the live auction with unique items. Join us in having fun hitting golf balls, socializing, and feasting on a BBQ Buffet dinner prior to the auction. Live Auctioneer Richard Branch will entertain again this year as they auction off the Live items. This Live Auction will feature extraordinary wine collections, spectacular minerals & fossils and more.   You won’t want to miss the fun and auction excitement so get your tickets below. This exciting night will be held at – TopGolf Oklahoma City 6:00 – 9:00 PM  Thursday, August 27th 2026. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from this event supports the Foundation’s efforts funding STEM & Geoscience projects for schools K – 12 and scholarships for university level students, focused in the State of Oklahoma.

DATE & TIME Auction Closes: Wednesday, September 9th, Beginning @ 1:00pm LOCATION & DIRECTIONS Items are located at: Francis Tuttle Technology Center, 12777 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73142 and 7301 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73127 SALE INFORMATION Inspection of items will be held by appointment only. Contact for appointment. Bidders are required to create an account and input credit card information for $100 Deposit / Authorization. All Purchases Must Be Paid For Before They Can Be Picked Up. Cash, Checks, Credit / Debit Cards, and Wire Transfers Will Be Accepted. (3% Convenience Fee on All Credit /Debit Card Purchases). A 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be In Effect. All Sales are Final. Non Paying Bidders will have their Credit Card Charged and will be blocked from future auctions. Removal of Items will be held by scheduled appointment on Thursday, September 10th and Friday, September 11th. Winning Bidders will be contacted to choose an appointment on Bray Auctions' scheduling system.

ATTN: A $100 Deposit is required to bid. A hold will be placed on funds from the card users register with. All vehicles are sold AS-IS; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; Car Cab Wrecker and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but no guarantees or warranties are expressed nor implied. All Sales are Final. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. Car Cab Wrecker Service will not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether known or not, at the time of bidding. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on Tuesday through Friday following the auction close, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Winning bidders have until Friday at 5:00 pm to pick up their vehicle(s) or their bid is forfeited, and all items will be sold at the next auction. All Vehicles will have a Bill of Sale upon request. A title processing fee of $50 will be added to the sale price for all customers wanting to obtain a State of Oklahoma Title for roadway usage. Parts or Junk vehicles will not be charged any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS database as parts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payments will be made at Car Cab Wrecker Service by cash or card unless pre-approved for check. All card transactions will have a 5% processing fee added to the winning bids. Car Cab Wrecker follows Title 42 regulations for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased from Car Cab Wrecker, you are doing so at your own risk. Car Cab Wrecker does not offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved, you will be doing so at your own risk. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperwork. Due to insurance regulations, all vehicles will leave the lot driven, trailered, or towed by a wrecker. No exceptions.
