Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. Car Cab Wrecker Service will not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether known or not, at the time of bidding. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on Tuesday through Friday following the auction close, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Winning bidders have until Friday at 5:00 pm to pick up their vehicle(s) or their bid is forfeited, and all items will be sold at the next auction. All Vehicles will have a Bill of Sale upon request. A title processing fee of $50 will be added to the sale price for all customers wanting to obtain a State of Oklahoma Title for roadway usage. Parts or Junk vehicles will not be charged any titling fee and will be listed in NMVTIS database as parts only no title. (Bill of Sale only) Payments will be made at Car Cab Wrecker Service by cash or card unless pre-approved for check. All card transactions will have a 5% processing fee added to the winning bids. Car Cab Wrecker follows Title 42 regulations for all vehicles. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased from Car Cab Wrecker, you are doing so at your own risk. Car Cab Wrecker does not offer temporary tags for any vehicles sold at auction. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved, you will be doing so at your own risk. There is no guarantee of timeline on getting paperwork. Due to insurance regulations, all vehicles will leave the lot driven, trailered, or towed by a wrecker. No exceptions.
