SALE INFORMATION

1. Preview of cars begins at 8am. Auction begins at 10am. Do not start cars prior to auction; staff will start them at time of bidding.
2. Do not proceed past caution tape in the yard.
3. All vehicles are sold AS IS / WHERE IS, including, but not limited to all known and unknown mechanical faults, title brands/issues, vehicle history, or errors in announcements. We strive to provide correct information, but due diligence is required by interested bidders. There are NO GUARANTEES expressed or implied.
4. All vehicles must be paid for by 3pm on the day of the auction - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-payment will result from a permanent ban from ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS.
5. All vehicles must be removed by Wednesday following the auction. If vehicles are not removed, it will be considered abandoned, purchase will be forfeited without refund, and vehicle will be re-sold at the following auction.
6. All payments must be made by cash or credit card with proper ID. Note: Credit card payments will incur a 5% fee.
7. Cars indicated "w/ Title" will be given title at time of payment. "TNT" or "Title in Transit" cars have title in process at Service Oklahoma and being mailed, or the title is being mailed from an out of state tax commission. When available, Elite Wrecker will contact buyers to pick up at their location. "Bill of Sale" cars will receive a bill of sale at time of payment. Bill of sale vehicles are reserved for parts only. If bidders decide to try to obtain a title on bill of sale cars, that process is 100% the responsibility of the purchaser. "Title 42" cars will be given a Return of Sale at time of payment. Once the paperwork has been turned into the tax commission, it is out of the hands of Elite Wrecker the amount of time it takes for processing. Do not attempt to title, register, pre-register, or sell a Title 42 vehicle before receiving the title packet from Elite Wrecker. This will only result in a denial from Service Oklahoma. Should your actions cause this denial, buyer is responsible to find their own Title 42 agent and fix the problem themselves. Title 42 process typically takes 7-8 weeks, but when experiencing delays, it has taken up to 8 months. Please be patient.
8. If buyer loses, damages, or misplaces paperwork after purchase of a vehicle, certified copies can be obtained for a $125 fee. Elite Wrecker will not provide copies for a transaction over 12 months old.
9. Working on vehicles is NOT ALLOWED on Elite Wrecker Service property. If a purchased vehicle requires repairs, it must be towed away and repaired at your location.
10. Registered bidders and all attendees agree that they assume all risk for themselves and anyone whom they are chaperoning while on location at Elite Wrecker Services. Impound lots house wrecked and damaged automobiles, and all persons agree to hold Elite Wrecker Service harmless of any and all liability.
