All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warranties express nor implied; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; TowMate and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but buyers have the ultimate responsibility of due diligence.
Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids.
All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again.
All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on the Wednesday 9/4, Thursday 9/5, and Monday 9/9 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee.
Payments will be made at TowMate by CASH ONLY. Buyers wishing to pay by Credit Card will be charged by Bray Auctions.

All sales are FINAL - No Refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to conduct due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their card charged up to the total amount due, bidding credentials revoked, and will NEVER be permitted to bid again.
Payment & Check Out. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed by the Friday following the auction from 9:00am to 4:00pm. No pick ups after 4:00pm or on weekends. It is HIGHLY recommended to call Towmate to schedule a time for removal. Any vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee..
