We strive to provide correct information, but due diligence is required by interested bidders. There are NO GUARANTEES expressed or implied. All vehicles must be paid for on Monday following the auction - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-payment will result in a permanent ban from ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS and buyer's credit card will be charged up to the amount of the final bid. All vehicles must be removed by Wednesday following the auction. If vehicles are not removed, it will be considered abandoned, purchase will be forfeited without refund, and vehicle will be re-sold at the following auction. When available, Elite Wrecker will contact buyers to pick up at their location. "Bill of Sale" cars will receive a bill of sale at time of payment. Bill of sale vehicles are reserved for parts only. If bidders decide to try to obtain a title on bill of sale cars, that process is 100% the responsibility of the purchaser. "Title 42" cars will be given a Return of Sale at time of payment. Once the paperwork has been turned into the tax commission, it is out of the hands of Elite Wrecker the amount of time it takes for processing. Do not attempt to title, register, pre-register, or sell a Title 42 vehicle before receiving the title packet from Elite Wrecker. This will only result in a denial from Service Oklahoma. Should your actions cause this denial, buyer is responsible to find their own Title 42 agent and fix the problem themselves. Title 42 process typically takes 7-8 weeks, but when experiencing delays, it has taken up to 8 months. Please be patient. If buyer loses, damages, or misplaces paperwork after purchase of a vehicle, certified copies can be obtained for a $125 fee. Elite Wrecker will not provide copies for a transaction over 12 months old. Working on vehicles is NOT ALLOWED on Elite Wrecker Service property. If a purchased vehicle requires repairs, it must be towed away and repaired at your location. Our annual Ways and Means Gala is eastern Oklahoma County’s premier fundraiser and includes dinner, live and silent auction items, dessert auction, and an after party. Each year, the Ways and Means Gala raises thousands of dollars to provide college scholarships and to reinvest in local eastern Oklahoma County charities. DID YOU KNOW… Junior Service League has contributed over $500,000 through grants, donations, and scholarships in eastern Oklahoma County. Each year the members and provisionals of Junior Service League serve hundreds upon hundreds of service hours in Eastern Oklahoma County.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warranties express nor implied; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; Arrow Wrecker and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but buyers have the ultimate responsibility of due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. Notice: Non-paying bidders will have their card on file charged up to the full bid amount. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on the Monday through Wednesday following the auction from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee. Payments will be made at Arrow Wrecker Service by cash or credit card.
